  1. Enter your current Innovation login ID (17-19 digit number).
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. DO NOT CHOOSE Remember Me just yet.
  4. Choose Login.
  5. Enter a new username using the following criteria:
    • Minimum length is 6 characters
    • Maximum length is 32 characters
    • Your debit card number cannot be used
    • Your email address cannot be used
    • No spaces between characters
    • Your first name or last name cannot be used
    • You can include one of the following special characters: a hyphen (-), period (.) or underscore (_)
  6. Enter a new password.  It must have the following:
    • Minimum length is 10 characters
    • Maximum length is 50 characters
    • Minimum 1 uppercase letter
    • Minimum 1 lowercase letter
    • Minimum 1 number
    • Minimum 1 special character
  7. Confirm your new password.
  8. Choose Continue.
  9. Confirm or update your mobile number.
  10. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code and choose Confirm.
  11. Success! Your username and password are udpated.

You will now use this new username and password for future online banking.

When first logging in after updating your username and password

  1. Feel free to choose Remember Me now that your login has been updated.
  2. Accept our Electronic Services Agreement to continue.
  3.  If you would like to login using biometrics (like fingerprint ID or facial recognition) enable Biometric Login.
  4. Choose Continue.
  5. If you would like to receive banking alerts that will notify you of account activity, select Yes. See our Setting Up Banking Alerts video for more details.

You will now use this new username and password for future online banking.

When first logging in after updating your username and password

  1. Accept our Electronic Services Agreement to continue.
  2. If you would like to receive banking alerts that will notify you of account activity, select Yes. See our Setting Up Banking Alerts video for more details.

  1. On the Online Banking login page, choose Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your mobile phone number.
  5. Choose Continue.
  6. You will be texted a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code and choose Confirm.
  7. Enter a new password.
  8. Confirm your new password.
  9. Success! Your password is updated.

Transfers

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Transfer Money from the main screen or Payments & Transfers from the menu. 
  3. Choose Transfers. 
  4. Choose Transfer Money.
  5. Choose Another Member.
  6. Choose Add Recipient.
  7. Enter the recipient's Nickname.
  8. Enter the recipient's Innovation Account Number.
  9. Choose Continue.
  10. Confirm the details are correct.
  11. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
  12. Enter a memo if you would like to do so.
  13. Choose Continue.
  14. Confirm the details are correct.
  15. Success! Your transfer is complete.

  1. Interac will send you a notification via email, mobile phone, or both.
  2. Select the link in your notification. You'll be brought to the Interac website.
  3. Scroll down and choose Saskatchewan from the Province or Territory field.
  4. Choose Innovation Credit Union from the Credit Union field.
  5. Choose Deposit.
  6. Login to Online Banking.
  7. Answer the security question. 
  8. Choose Continue. 
  9. Choose to accept the transfer.
  10. Select the account you want your money deposited to.
  11. Include a message to the sender if you choose to do so.
  12. Select Continue.
  13. Confirm the transfer details are correct.
  14. Choose Continue.
  15. Success! Your transfer is deposited.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer. 
  4. Choose Manage Contacts.
  5. Choose Add New Contact.
  6. Enter your contact's name.
  7. Enter your contact's email and/or mobile phone number.
  8. Choose the appropriate checkbox: email and/or mobile phone number.
  9. Enter a security question for your contact.
  10. Enter the answer to the security question. Re-enter the answer for confirmation.
  11. Choose Continue.
  12. Confirm your contact's details are correct.
  13. Success! Your contact is added.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer. 
  4. Choose Pending.
  5. Choose the transfer you wish to cancel
  6. Choose Cancel from the details screen.
  7. Enter a message to your recipient if you choose.
  8. Select Confirm.
  9. Success! Your transfer is cancelled.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer. 
  4. Choose Profile Settings.
  5. Enter your name.
  6. Choose how you wish to receive your transfer notifications: by email or mobile phone.
  7. Enter your email and/or mobile phone.
  8. Select your preferred language.
  9. Choose Continue.
  10. Confirm that your details are correct.
  11. Success! Your profile is created.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Pay Bills from the main screen or choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer.
  4. Choose Autodeposit Settings.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Choose the account you'd like your transfers deposited to.
  7. Acknowledge your registration.
  8. Choose Continue.
  9. Confirm your details are correct.
  10. Success! Your registration is complete with us.
  11. Interac will send you a notification to complete the process.
  12. Choose Autodeposit Settings again. You will see your new Autodeposit registration details.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer. 
  4. Choose Request Money.    .
  5. Choose the contact you wish to request money from.
  6. Choose the account you want your money deposited to.
  7. Enter the amount of your request.
  8. Enter an invoice number or invoice due date if applicable.
  9. Enter a message to your contact if you choose to do so.
  10. Acknowledge you have consent to send the request.
  11. Choose Continue.
  12. Confirm that your details are correct.
  13. Success! Your request is sent.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Send Interac e-Transfer® from the main screen or choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Interac e-Transfer.
  4. Choose Send Money.
  5. In the Transfer From field, choose the account you want to send money from.
  6. In the Send To field, choose who you would like to send your transfer to.
  7. Enter the amount of the transfer.
  8. Include a message to your transfer recipient if you choose.
  9. Select the date you want the transfer to send.
  10. Acknowledge if your recipient has registered for Autodeposit.
  11. Choose Continue.
  12. Confirm your transfer details are correct.
  13. Success! Your transfer is complete.

Pay Bills

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Pay Bills from the main screen or Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Payments.
  4. Choose Pay Bills.
  5. Choose the account you'd like to pay your bill from.
  6. Choose Add New Payee.
  7. Search for your payee's name.
  8. Enter your account number for your payee.
  9. Enter a nickname for your payee if you choose to do so.
  10. Choose Continue.
  11. Confirm your payee details are correct.
  12. Enter the amount to pay.
  13. Choose the date for your payment.
  14. Choose Continue.
  15. Confirm your payment details are correct.
  16. Success! Your payment is complete.

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Payments & Transfers from the menu.
  3. Choose Payments.
  4. Choose Pay Bills.
  5. Choose Recurring.
  6. Choose the account you wish you to pay from.
  7. Choose the bill payee(s).
  8. Select Done.
  9. Choose the amount for each payee.
  10. Choose the frequency of payment for each payee.
  11. Choose the start date for your first payment for each payee.
  12. Choose the end date for your first payment for each payee.
  13. Choose Continue.
  14. Confirm your payment details are correct.
  15. Success! Your bills are paid.

Deposits

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose Deposit Cheque from the menu.
  3. Choose the account you'd like to deposit your cheque to.
  4. Enter the amount of your cheque.
  5. Choose Continue.
  6. Take a photo of the front of your cheque.
  7. Take a photo of the back of your cheque..
  8. Confirm your details are correct.
  9. Success! Your cheque is deposited.

Alerts

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Choose your profile icon from the menu.
  3. Choose Manage Alerts.
  4. Select Security Alerts and choose the alerts you wish to receive and how you'd like to receive them .
  5. Choose Confirm.
  6. Select Balance & Transaction Alerts.
  7. Choose the account you'd like to receive alerts on.
  8. Select how you wish to receive alerts.
  9. Choose how often you wish to receive alerts.
  10. Choose Confirm.
  11. Select Scheduled Payments & Transfers Alerts and choose the alerts you wish to receive and how you'd like to receive them .
  12. Choose Confirm.
  13. Confirm your details are correct.
  14. Success! Your alerts are in place.
